The three daring folks who stepped up to challenge Pixelbot... and won. No, wait, it was a random prize draw. Congrats!
We had a whole bunch of fun at Buy Yorkshire earlier this month!
As well as meeting a whole load of interesting people, we also tested out our ridiculous/entertaining/valuable-insight-giving studio project, Pixelbot.
Pixelbot is a website-analysing robot, designed by our lead designer Rob, programmed by our technical director Greg, and constructed by our developer/in-house woodworker Ash.
A quick tug of the handle triggered three API requests to test website page speed, SEO metadata, and responsive design, giving everyone who came by our booth a mini site audit.

We also ran a competition to say thanks to anyone who indulged our robot-building fantasies, so here are the winners:
Third Prize
Caféology Coffee Hamper
Keith Hague
Second Prize
Champagne afternoon tea for two at Betty's
Holly Garfoth
First Prize
A night away at York's Middleton Hall
Andrew Cleaton
Thanks to everyone who stopped by, said hello, played with Pixelbot, and entered the comp!
