We’re on the lookout for a Digital Account Manager – someone who loves taking on new projects, scoping them out and overcoming obstacles, and who has the sheer determination to make things work well!
You’ll be a starter-finisher kind of person, and a perfectionist. You’ll question everything and always look at the facts. You’ll have the ability to keep an eye on the detail and an eye on the bigger picture at all times. And you’ll love seeing ideas flourish, and a project come together.
In a nutshell, you’ll:
Work closely with the directors and marketing team to develop strong client relationships, seeking new opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
Manage the workflow for website builds and on-going digital support, creating briefs, timelines and overseeing the process from start to finish.
Be highly organised, able to look after multiple clients across a variety of projects and stages, prioritising tasks and managing the studio to ensure the highest quality delivery.
Have agency-side digital account management experience with sound knowledge of design, development and marketing practices within an agency.
Be brilliant with clients – able to react to immediate requests, prioritise needs and educate along the way, continuously learning more about the needs and wider goals of their business.
What We Offer
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience. This is a full-time permanent position.
Holiday and benefits: We offer 23 days’ holiday per year exclusive of statutory and public holidays, plus other benefits including birthdays off, flexible start/end times, working from home, a company pension, and after a successful six months’ probation you become part of the profit share scheme.
